'Landmark' a justified name for a dynamic enterprise. A 14-storeyed high-end residential apartment by Madhuvan group is designed with an interesting mix of straight lines and curves forming an asymmetrical facade.

Two exclusive apartments at each level with privately secured biometric lift and staggered planning ensure both blocks to remain visually connected with the main road and also offers a proper cross ventilation. The internal segregation of public, semi-public, and private spaces is planned precisely which results in large useable spaces. The South Side elevation faces the main sama savli road at Vadodara.

The conceptual development show Common amenities like banquet hall at ground level and games, gym room and pool at the Basement level and adequate parking facility for required vehicles which is mandatory for such hi-end projects.

Self-imposed challenge was to execute a curvilinear form with extruded lines at various levels. Cost parameters made us hit the drawing boards few times as we replaced concrete casting into masonry construction.Giving drawings is easier than getting details executed as conceptualized.

Any project gets valued by its functionality, architecture and aesthetic details.

Form follows function has been our key design mantra / principle and a base for our practice since inception.

The flawless curved junctions, parapets in combination of solid, glass and vertical metal pipes, beams rounded on the corners giving continuous flow to the facade have been thoughtfully designed and precisely executed.

The final outcome of LANDMARK exhibits construction finesse as achieved by the construction team of Madhuvan group. Simply commendable.Project is a team effort of an Architect and his client, a synergy of thoughts and efforts for a positive outcome.

Landmark proves to be one such positive example of joint efforts of Dalvi Associates and Madhuvan group.
